Community Guidelines
1. Our Community Values
Quibit, Inc. builds platforms for Myanmar people living abroad to connect, share, and support each other. Our community spans across Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and countries worldwide.
These Community Guidelines apply to ALL four of our applications — Quibit, Kha, QuiTalk, and QuizCoin — and exist to keep every space safe, welcoming, and respectful for everyone.
Respect, Safety, Authenticity, and Mutual Support. We celebrate Myanmar culture while embracing the diversity of our diaspora experience — across all apps.
1.1 Community Principles
- Treat others as you want to be treated — in posts, messages, AI conversations, dating, and games
- Respect different backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences
- Remember we're all Myanmar people helping each other abroad
- Disagree respectfully — it's okay to have different views
- Don't share content that could harm others — on any app
- Protect children and vulnerable community members
- Report anything that makes you uncomfortable
- Help keep scammers and bad actors out of our community
- Use AI features responsibly and ethically (QuiTalk)
- Be yourself — use your real identity or consistent username
- Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts on any app
- Be honest in marketplace listings, job postings, and dating profiles
- Share accurate information, especially about visas and legal matters
- Help newcomers adjust to life abroad
- Share resources and opportunities honestly
- Celebrate successes and support during hard times
- Build the Myanmar community we all want to be part of
2. Safety and Well-Being
Your safety and the safety of our community is our top priority across ALL Quibit, Inc. applications. The following content and behavior is strictly prohibited:
2.1 Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)
Quibit, Inc. has ZERO TOLERANCE for anything that endangers children — on any app:
Any sexual content involving minors — real or AI-generated
Child grooming or solicitation — including via AI channels or dating apps
Sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Inappropriate comments about minors
Attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
Using AI to generate content sexualizing minors
Underage users on Kha (dating) — report immediately
Violations result in IMMEDIATE permanent ban across ALL apps and reporting to law enforcement. See our Child Safety Policy for complete details.
2.2 Violence and Physical Harm
Do not post, share, or use AI to generate content that promotes or glorifies violence:
Threats of violence against individuals or groups
Content depicting graphic violence or gore
Instructions for making weapons or explosives
Encouragement of physical harm or dangerous activities
Terrorism, violent extremism, or hate groups
Coordinating or promoting real-world violence
Using AI chat to plan, promote, or facilitate violence
2.3 Self-Harm and Suicide
We care about your mental health. Please don't post or share:
Content promoting or glorifying self-harm
Suicide methods or encouragement
Eating disorder content that promotes unhealthy behaviors
Content that could trigger vulnerable individuals
Using AI to seek methods of self-harm (AI will redirect to help resources)

2.4 Harassment and Bullying
All Quibit, Inc. apps are spaces for support, not harassment:
Repeated unwanted contact or messages — on any app or via phone calls
Bullying or targeted attacks on individuals
Sharing private information without consent (doxxing)
Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual attention — especially on Kha
Encouraging others to harass someone
Creating accounts to evade blocks
Stalking or threatening behavior
Using phone calling features to harass (QuiTalk)
Using AI channels to target or bully individuals
2.5 Hate Speech and Discrimination
We celebrate diversity within our Myanmar community and beyond. Don't post:
Content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin
Religious hate speech or attacks
Discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity
Attacks on disability, age, or serious disease
Dehumanizing language or slurs
Hate symbols or hate group promotion
Using AI to generate hateful content
Discriminatory dating profile content on Kha
This includes hate speech against any ethnicity within Myanmar (Bamar, Shan, Karen, Kachin, Chin, Rohingya, etc.) or against communities in your host country.
3. App-Specific Guidelines
Each Quibit, Inc. application has specific community standards that apply in addition to the general guidelines:
3.1 Kha (Dating) Guidelines
Kha is a dating app for adults (18+) in the Myanmar community. Additional rules:
- Use real, recent photos of yourself — no catfishing
- Don't use stolen or stock photos
- Be honest about your age, location, and identity
- Verified profiles are encouraged for trust
- Accept rejection gracefully — if someone unmatches or stops responding, move on
- Don't send unsolicited explicit photos or messages
- Don't pressure others for personal information, photos, or meetings
- Report anyone who makes you feel unsafe
- Solicitation, escort services, or commercial sex — zero tolerance
- Sharing intimate images from private conversations
- Using Kha to recruit for MLM, scams, or business
- Underage users (18+ strictly enforced)
- Married individuals misrepresenting their status
- Always meet in public places for first meetings
- Tell a friend where you're going
- Trust your instincts — leave if uncomfortable
- Report any concerning behavior to Kha and local authorities
3.2 QuiTalk (AI Chat) Guidelines
QuiTalk provides AI-powered chat, channels, and international calling. Additional rules:
- AI is a helpful tool — not a substitute for professional advice
- Don't try to manipulate AI into producing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Don't use AI to generate spam, misinformation, or deepfake content
- Don't use AI to impersonate real people or create fake identities
- AI conversations may be reviewed for safety purposes
- Report AI responses that seem harmful or inappropriate
- Channel owners are responsible for their channel's content and AI brain
- Keep channel content appropriate for your audience
- Don't create channels to spread hate, misinformation, or illegal content
- Channel AI must not provide medical, legal, or financial advice as authoritative
- Respect other channels — don't spam or raid
- Businesses must provide truthful information through AI
- Don't use AI business chat to scam or deceive customers
- Respond to customer concerns honestly
- AI business features must comply with local business laws
- Don't use calls for harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Don't make fraudulent calls or impersonate others
- Don't use calls for telemarketing or spam
- Respect the recipient's time and wishes — if asked to stop calling, stop
- Report abusive callers to [email protected]
3.3 QuizCoin (Game) Guidelines
QuizCoin is an educational quiz platform. Additional rules:
Play fair — no cheating, exploits, or automated tools
Don't harass other players in chat or leaderboards
Don't sell, trade, or buy QuizCoins outside the app
Report bugs instead of exploiting them
Be a good sport — congratulate winners, encourage others
Don't spam or flood game chats
Quiz content submissions must be accurate and appropriate
4. Authenticity and Integrity
4.1 Fake Accounts and Impersonation
Don't impersonate other people, organizations, or businesses — on any app
Don't create multiple accounts to deceive others or evade bans
Don't use someone else's photos as your profile picture (especially on Kha)
Don't pretend to be a company, embassy, or official organization
Don't create AI channels that impersonate real people or organizations
Using a nickname is fine — but don't pretend to be someone you're not.
4.2 Misinformation and Scams
Share accurate information, especially about important topics:
- False visa or immigration advice that could harm people
- Fake job offers or housing scams (extremely common targeting Myanmar workers)
- Health misinformation that could cause harm
- False emergency alerts or safety warnings
- Manipulated media designed to deceive (deepfakes)
- AI-generated misinformation shared as fact
- Fake work visa "guarantees" (pay money = get visa)
- Too-good-to-be-true job offers requiring upfront payment
- Pyramid schemes targeting Myanmar community
- Romance scams on Kha asking for money
- Investment scams promising guaranteed high returns
- Fake charity or crowdfunding campaigns
Many scams specifically target Myanmar people abroad. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Report suspicious accounts on ANY app to help protect others.
4.3 Spam and Manipulation
Don't spam the same content repeatedly — on any app
Don't use engagement bait ("Like if you're Myanmar!", "Share or bad luck")
Don't artificially inflate likes, follows, or views
Don't use bots or automation on any app
Don't create misleading links or clickbait
Don't copy others' content and pass it off as yours
Don't spam AI channels or flood conversations
Don't use automated tools to earn QuizCoins
5. Respect and Dignity
5.1 Adult and Sexual Content
Quibit, Inc. apps are community platforms, not adult sites:
No nudity or sexually explicit content — on any app
No sexual solicitation or offers
No sharing of intimate images without consent (revenge porn)
No pornographic material or links
No sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance (see Child Safety Policy)
No using AI to generate sexual or explicit content
No explicit content in dating profiles on Kha
Artistic, educational, or breastfeeding content may be allowed with appropriate context.
5.2 Privacy and Personal Information
Respect others' privacy across all apps:
Don't share others' private information (phone, address, passport)
Don't share private conversations or dating messages without permission
Don't post photos of others without their consent
Don't share location of others without permission
Don't share AI conversation data that contains others' information
Don't share financial information or account details
This is especially important for Myanmar people abroad — be careful with visa documents, work permits, and immigration papers.
6. Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods
Don't use any Quibit, Inc. app for illegal activities or to sell prohibited items:
6.1 Illegal Activities
Drug sales, production, or promotion
Weapons, ammunition, or explosives sales
Human trafficking or smuggling
Illegal immigration services or fake documents
Money laundering or financial crimes
Stolen goods or counterfeit items
Hacking, phishing, or cybercrime
Using AI to plan or facilitate illegal activities
Any activity that violates local laws in your country or Myanmar
6.2 Regulated Goods and Services
- Prescription medications without proper licensing
- Tobacco and alcohol (country-specific regulations)
- Lottery tickets or gambling services
- Adult services or escort advertisements
- Immigration services (only licensed agents)
- Legal services (only licensed lawyers)
- Medical advice (only licensed professionals)
- Financial services (only authorized institutions)
- AI cannot provide these services either — see Content Policy
Check your local country laws — what's legal in Myanmar may be illegal where you live now.
7. Marketplace and Business Conduct
Quibit marketplace helps Myanmar people buy and sell within the community. Keep it honest and safe:
7.1 Honest Selling
Post accurate descriptions and real photos of items
Price items fairly — no extreme price gouging
Disclose defects, damages, or issues
Honor your listings — don't back out after agreement
7.2 Job Postings and Housing
Post real job opportunities, not recruitment scams
Don't ask for upfront fees for job placement
Be clear about visa requirements and work permits
Housing listings must be real and accurately described
Don't discriminate in job or housing posts
Be careful of: jobs requiring payment for "training" or "materials", work-from-home schemes that seem too easy, jobs promising work visas without proper documentation, MLM/pyramid schemes disguised as jobs.
8. Political and Social Issues
Quibit, Inc. welcomes discussion of political and social issues with respect and care:
8.1 Political Discussion Guidelines
Respectful debate is allowed — personal attacks are not
Don't spread misinformation about political events
Don't coordinate violence or illegal protests
Don't doxx or threaten political opponents
Respect that Myanmar people abroad have diverse political views
Be mindful of safety — some topics may endanger people in Myanmar
8.2 Discussing Myanmar Politics Safely
You can discuss political events and news
You can express support for political movements
You can share verified news and information
Be careful not to endanger people still in Myanmar
Don't share identifiable information about activists without consent
Don't use AI to generate fake political content or propaganda
Remember: What you post on any Quibit, Inc. app may be visible to authorities. Protect yourself and others.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
When you violate these guidelines on any app, we take action to protect the community. Violations may result in enforcement across ALL Quibit, Inc. apps:

| Cheating (QuizCoin) | Score reset + temporary ban |
| Catfishing/underage on Kha | Immediate Kha ban + cross-app review |
9.2 Appeals
You can appeal most enforcement actions within 30 days
Email [email protected] or go to Settings > Account > Appeal
Include: your username, which app, what happened, why you disagree
We review appeals within 48 hours
Some actions (CSAM, illegal activity) cannot be appealed

10. Reporting Violations
Help us keep ALL Quibit, Inc. apps safe by reporting violations:
10.1 How to Report
- Tap ⋯ (three dots) on the post/comment/message
- Select "Report"
- Choose reason and provide details
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap ⋯ (three dots)
- Select "Report Account"
- Tap the shield icon on their profile
- Choose reason: fake profile, harassment, underage, etc.
- Tap the flag icon on any AI response
- Choose: inappropriate, inaccurate, harmful, etc.
- Email [email protected] with caller details
- Block the number in QuiTalk settings
10.2 Emergency Situations
11. Special Guidelines for Myanmar Community
As platforms built for Myanmar people abroad, we have community-specific norms:
11.1 Cultural Respect
Respect Myanmar Buddhist culture and traditions
Be sensitive during religious holidays and observances
Respect regional and ethnic diversity within Myanmar (Bamar, Shan, Karen, Kachin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, etc.)
Don't mock or disrespect Myanmar language or customs
Welcome newcomers and help them adjust
11.2 Supporting Each Other Abroad
Share helpful information about life in your country
Help others find jobs, housing, and community
Be patient with language barriers (Myanmar/English/local language)
Use QuiTalk AI to help with translation and information — but verify important facts
Remember we're stronger together
12. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines to reflect new features, community needs, or legal changes:
12.1 How We Notify You
Major changes: 30 days notice via email and in-app notification on ALL apps
Minor updates: Posted with notification
Continued use of any app means acceptance of changes
