We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties
You can download, correct, or delete your data at any time
Cross-app data sharing is limited to account basics and security
Different rules apply for users under 18 (COPPA/GDPR-K compliance)

2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Services. The data collected varies by app:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Username and display name
- Email address or phone number
- Password (encrypted, never stored in plaintext)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Profile picture and bio
- Language and location preferences
- Posts, comments, and messages
- Blog articles and stories

- NOTE: We do NOT record phone call audio content

- Credit/debit card details (processed by secure third-party providers — we never store full card numbers)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use any of our Services, we automatically collect:
- Content you view and interact with
- Features you use and how often
- Search queries within our apps
- Time, frequency, and duration of activities
- Accounts you follow, block, or interact with
- Which app you use and when
- Device type, model, and operating system
- Unique device identifiers (IDFA, Android ID)
- Mobile network information and carrier

- App version installed

- Precise GPS location (only with your explicit permission)

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes across our Services:

Create and maintain your account across all apps
Enable you to create, share, and discover content (Quibit)
Match you with compatible users (Kha)
Process AI conversations and provide intelligent responses (QuiTalk)
Connect international phone calls and process wallet transactions (QuiTalk)
Manage quiz scores, leaderboards, and virtual currency (QuizCoin)
Provide customer support in English and Myanmar
Develop new features and improve existing ones
3.2 AI Features Data Usage (QuiTalk)
When you use AI features in QuiTalk, we process your data as follows:
Your messages are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses
Conversation history is stored on our servers to provide context and history
We may analyze anonymized conversation patterns to improve AI quality
Your personal data is NOT used to train third-party AI models
Your profile data (name, bio, interests, preferences, activity) is processed by Qui AI to provide personalized recommendations, profile matching, and contextual suggestions
Business channel content (products, services, jobs, offers) is indexed by Qui AI to enable AI-assisted customer interactions
Channel brain content is stored and used to customize channel AI responses
AI safety filters process your messages to prevent harmful content generation
You can delete your AI conversation history at any time in QuiTalk Settings. Once deleted, conversations cannot be recovered.
3.3 Safety and Security
Verify your identity and prevent fraud across all apps
Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and illegal activity
Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Monitor AI conversations for policy violations (QuiTalk)
Detect fraudulent wallet transactions (QuiTalk)
Prevent catfishing and protect users (Kha)
Detect cheating and unfair play (QuizCoin)
Protect against security threats and vulnerabilities

5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You have significant control over your personal information across all Quibit, Inc. applications:
5.1 Access and Download Your Data
Go to Settings > Privacy > Download Your Data in any app
Includes: posts, messages, AI conversations, profile info, activity history
Delivered as a downloadable file within 48 hours
Available in JSON or CSV format
5.2 Delete Your Account and Data
You can delete your account at any time:
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
This deletes your account across ALL Quibit, Inc. apps (Quibit, Kha, QuiTalk, QuizCoin)
We delete your data within 90 days of account deletion
Wallet balance is forfeited upon account deletion (request refund first)
QuizCoins are forfeited upon account deletion
Some data may be retained for legal or safety reasons
Before deleting, download your data and request any wallet refunds. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
5.3 AI Data Controls (QuiTalk)
You have specific controls over your AI conversation data:
Delete individual AI conversations at any time
Delete all AI conversation history in QuiTalk Settings
Opt out of AI conversation analysis for quality improvement
Request a copy of all your AI conversation data
AI data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered
5.4 Phone Call Data Controls (QuiTalk)
View your complete call history in the app
Call logs are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
Top-up and transaction records are retained for 3 years (legal requirement)
Request deletion of call logs (subject to legal retention requirements)
5.5 Privacy Settings Per App
- Set account to Public or Private
- Control who can message you
- Hide activity status
- Control comment and tag permissions
- Control profile visibility radius
- Hide from specific users
- Control who can see your online status
- Incognito browsing mode
- Control channel visibility
- Manage AI conversation data retention
- Control who can call you (contacts only, everyone, nobody)

5.6 Marketing Communications
Unsubscribe from marketing emails (link in every email)
Adjust notification preferences per app in Settings
Opt out of promotional push notifications
Note: You'll still receive essential service-related messages

6.1 European Union (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR:

7. Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is extremely important to us.
Quibit, QuiTalk, and QuizCoin: users must be 13 or older. Kha (dating): users must be 18 or older. Users under 18 require parental consent except for Kha where no users under 18 are permitted.
7.1 COPPA Compliance
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
We require date of birth during registration on all apps
Kha requires age 18+ verification — no exceptions
We immediately delete accounts found to belong to children under 13
AI features in QuiTalk have additional safety filters for minor accounts
7.2 Teen Account Protections (13-17)
Accounts are private by default
Enhanced content filtering
Restricted who can message or comment
No targeted advertising based on activity
Limited data collection
AI conversations have stricter safety filters
Cannot access Kha (dating) features

9. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:

- Active accounts: duration of account
- Deleted accounts: data removed within 90 days
- Backups: up to 180 days after deletion
- Until deleted by you or account closure
- Reported content: retained during investigation, then deleted
- Until deleted by you or account closure
- Anonymized analytics: up to 2 years
- Safety-flagged conversations: retained for investigation
- Call logs: 90 days from call date
- Transaction records: 3 years (legal requirement)
- Bank transfer receipts: 3 years
- Call audio: NOT recorded — no retention
- Match history: until account deletion
- Conversations: until deleted or account closure
- Swipe data: 12 months
- Scores and achievements: duration of account
- QuizCoin transaction history: 2 years
10. International Data Transfers
Quibit, Inc. operates globally, serving the Myanmar diaspora in Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and worldwide. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
