1. Overview
This Advertising Policy governs all advertisements, sponsored content, promoted listings, and commercial communications across all platforms operated by Quibit, Inc., including Quibit (social), Kha (dating), QuiTalk (AI chat, channels, and phone calls), and QuizCoin (quiz games) — collectively referred to as "our Services."
By placing, publishing, or engaging with advertising on any of our Services, you agree to comply with this Advertising Policy. Advertisements that violate this policy will be removed, and advertiser accounts responsible for violations may be suspended or permanently banned across all apps.
This policy applies to all forms of advertising including: feed ads, promoted posts, sponsored content, business directory listings, promoted business profiles, channel sponsorships, in-game advertisements, AI-related promotions, banner ads, interstitial ads, and any other paid or commercial promotional material displayed within our Services.
This Advertising Policy covers Quibit (social platform), Kha (dating, 18+), QuiTalk (AI chat, channels & calling), and QuizCoin (quiz games). Each app has specific advertising rules detailed in Section 4. All advertisers must also comply with our Content Policy and Community Guidelines.

All claims in advertisements must be truthful, verifiable, and not misleading
Pricing, discounts, and promotions must be accurate and include all material terms and conditions
Testimonials and endorsements must be genuine and clearly disclosed as paid if applicable

Educational and learning-related ads are encouraged and prioritized in ad placement
QuizCoin reward mechanics promotions (earn coins, unlock quizzes) are permitted as they are part of the app experience

5. AI-Related Advertising
As AI plays a central role in QuiTalk and across our Services, special rules apply to advertising that involves, leverages, or is generated by artificial intelligence.
Quibit, Inc. is committed to maintaining a clear separation between AI assistance and advertising. Users can trust that AI responses in QuiTalk are driven by their needs, not by advertiser payments.

Channel owners must not instruct their AI channel brain to promote third-party products without disclosure

If AI mentions a product or service, it must be based on relevance to the user's query, not advertising deals
Users must be able to trust that AI responses in QuiTalk are not paid endorsements
Any future sponsored AI features will be clearly labeled and require user opt-in
Maintaining user trust in AI is paramount. We will never compromise AI response integrity for advertising revenue.
6. Ad Targeting and Privacy
Quibit, Inc. takes user privacy seriously. All advertising targeting must comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, PIPA (Korea), PDPA (Thailand), and APPI (Japan).

Sensitive data categories (health, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation) must never be used for ad targeting

Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads entirely — users will see contextual (non-targeted) ads instead
Users can reset their advertising identifier at any time

Ad preference changes take effect within 24 hours across all apps
Users can download their ad-related data as part of our data export feature (see Privacy Policy)
