1. Overview

This Content Policy governs all content created, shared, uploaded, or transmitted across all platforms operated by Quibit, Inc., including Quibit, Kha, QuiTalk, and QuizCoin (collectively, "our Services").

By using any of our Services, you agree to comply with this Content Policy. Content that violates this policy may be removed, and accounts responsible for violations may be suspended or permanently banned across all apps.

This policy applies to all forms of content including: text posts, images, videos, audio, profile information, AI-generated content, AI conversations, voice calls, business listings, job postings, dating profiles, quiz content, channel content, and any other user-submitted or AI-generated material.

This Content Policy covers Quibit (social platform), Kha (dating), QuiTalk (chat, AI & calling), and QuizCoin (quiz games). Each app has additional specific rules detailed in Section 4.

2. Content Standards

All content shared on our Services must meet the following standards:

2.1 Acceptable Content

Original content you created or have rights to share

News, commentary, and educational material with proper attribution

Personal experiences, stories, and opinions shared respectfully

Business information, job listings, and service descriptions that are truthful and accurate

Cultural content celebrating Myanmar heritage and diaspora experience

AI-assisted content when clearly identified as such and used responsibly

2.2 Quality Standards

Content should be relevant to the app and community it's shared in

Business listings and job postings must be truthful and verifiable

Dating profiles (Kha) must use real, recent photos and accurate descriptions

Quiz content (QuizCoin) must be factually accurate and appropriate

AI channel content (QuiTalk) must be properly configured and maintained

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited across ALL Quibit, Inc. applications. Creating, sharing, or soliciting such content will result in enforcement action:

3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

ANY content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited:

Sexual imagery involving minors — real, drawn, animated, or AI-generated

Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact with minors

Sexualized comments about minors

Links to external CSAM sites

Using AI to generate content sexualizing minors

3.2 Violence and Threats

Direct threats of violence against individuals or groups

Content glorifying, promoting, or instructing violence

Graphic violence or gore (except verified news with warnings)

Terrorism, extremism, or hate group promotion

Instructions for weapons, explosives, or harmful substances

Using AI to generate violent or threatening content

Threatening others via phone calls (QuiTalk)

3.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Attacks on race, ethnicity, national origin, or tribe

Religious hate speech or attacks on religious groups

Discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity

Attacks on disability, disease, or age

Dehumanizing language, slurs, or hate symbols

Discriminatory dating preferences expressed as hate (Kha)

Using AI to generate hateful content (QuiTalk)

Includes hate against any ethnicity within Myanmar (Bamar, Shan, Karen, Kachin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Rohingya, etc.) and against host country communities.

3.4 Harassment and Bullying

Repeated unwanted contact, messages, or calls

Targeted attacks, bullying campaigns, or coordinated harassment

Doxxing — sharing private information to intimidate

Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances

Revenge porn or sharing intimate images without consent

Stalking behavior across any app

Phone call harassment (QuiTalk)

Creating accounts to evade blocks

3.5 Adult and Sexual Content

Nudity or sexually explicit images and videos

Pornographic material or links

Sexual solicitation or offers of sexual services

Explicit content in dating profiles (Kha)

Using AI to generate sexual content (QuiTalk)

Unsolicited explicit messages or calls

Exception: breastfeeding, artistic/educational content with appropriate context.

3.6 Fraud, Scams, and Misinformation

Phishing, scam schemes, or fraudulent offers

Fake job offers, visa scams, or recruitment fraud

Pyramid schemes or MLM disguised as opportunities

Romance scams (especially on Kha)

Investment scams promising guaranteed returns

Fake crowdfunding campaigns

Health misinformation that could cause harm

False emergency alerts or warnings

Manipulated media or deepfakes designed to deceive

AI-generated misinformation presented as fact

3.7 Illegal Content and Activities

Drug sales, production, or promotion

Weapons, ammunition, or explosives

Human trafficking or smuggling

Fake identity documents or immigration fraud

Money laundering or financial crimes

Stolen goods or counterfeit products

Hacking tools, malware, or cybercrime

Content violating local laws in user's country

3.8 Self-Harm and Suicide

Content promoting or glorifying self-harm or suicide

Methods or instructions for self-harm

Eating disorder content promoting unhealthy behaviors

Using AI to seek self-harm methods (AI will redirect to help resources)

3.9 Spam and Manipulation

Repetitive posting of the same content

Engagement bait or clickbait

Artificial inflation of likes, follows, or views

Bot usage or automated content posting

Misleading links or deceptive redirects

Plagiarism or content theft

Quiz score manipulation or cheating (QuizCoin)

Spam in AI channels (QuiTalk)

4. App-Specific Content Rules

In addition to the general prohibited content rules, each app has specific content standards:

4.1 Quibit (Social Platform)

Posts and Blogs
  • Must not contain prohibited content listed above
  • Political content allowed with respectful discussion
  • News sharing should include source attribution
  • Personal opinions clearly labeled as such
Job Listings
  • Must be real, verifiable job opportunities
  • Must not require upfront payment from applicants
  • Must clearly state visa/work permit requirements
  • Must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Must include accurate salary/compensation information
Business Listings
  • Must represent a real business
  • Photos and descriptions must be accurate
  • Pricing information must be truthful
  • Must comply with local business regulations
Real Estate Listings
  • Must be real, available properties
  • Photos must be of the actual property
  • Pricing, fees, and conditions must be clearly stated
  • Must not discriminate against tenants

4.2 Kha (Dating App)

Profile Content
  • Must use real, recent photos of yourself — no catfishing
  • No stolen, stock, or AI-generated profile photos
  • Bio must be truthful about age, location, and basic identity
  • No explicit or sexually suggestive profile photos
  • No hate speech or discriminatory preferences in bio
Messaging Content
  • No unsolicited explicit photos or messages
  • No harassment or pressure for personal information
  • No solicitation or commercial sex offers
  • No recruitment for MLM, scams, or business schemes
  • Respect boundaries — stop messaging if asked

4.3 QuiTalk (AI Chat & Calling)

AI Conversations
  • Do not attempt to manipulate AI into generating prohibited content
  • Do not use AI to create spam, misinformation, or deceptive material
  • Do not use AI to impersonate real people
  • AI responses are informational — not professional advice
  • Report inappropriate AI responses using the flag button
Channel Content
  • Channel owners are responsible for all channel content including AI brain configuration
  • Channel AI must not provide medical, legal, or financial advice as authoritative
  • Channel content must meet the same standards as other user content
  • Channels promoting prohibited content will be removed
AI Business Chat
  • Business information provided through AI must be accurate
  • AI must not be configured to deceive or mislead customers
  • Pricing, availability, and service descriptions must be truthful
  • Customer data from AI interactions must be handled per Privacy Policy
Phone Calls
  • Calls must not be used for harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Calls must not be used for fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • No commercial telemarketing without authorization
  • Calls are not recorded by Quibit, Inc. — content is private
  • Call metadata (duration, timestamps) is stored per Privacy Policy

4.4 QuizCoin (Quiz Games)

Quiz questions must be factually accurate

User-submitted quiz content must be appropriate for all ages

No offensive, discriminatory, or harmful quiz content

Game chat follows the same rules as all other content

Leaderboard names and avatars must not be offensive

No cheating, exploits, or automated play

5. AI-Generated Content

QuiTalk provides AI-powered features that generate content. Special rules apply to AI-generated content:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biased information. Quibit, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify important information independently.

5.1 AI Limitations and Disclaimers

AI is NOT a doctor — responses about health are informational only, not medical advice

AI is NOT a lawyer — responses about legal matters are general information, not legal counsel

AI is NOT a financial advisor — responses about money/investing are not financial advice

AI is NOT an immigration expert — visa/work permit info must be verified with licensed agents

AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information

AI may occasionally produce responses that seem plausible but are factually wrong

AI does not have access to real-time data (prices, weather, breaking news) unless specifically provided

5.2 AI Content Ownership and Use

AI-generated responses are provided as a service, not owned by you exclusively

You may use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes

You must not claim AI-generated content as your own original creative work

You are responsible for how you use and share AI-generated content

If you share AI-generated content publicly, you should identify it as AI-generated

AI-generated content may be similar to content generated for other users

5.3 Prohibited AI Uses

Generating hate speech, threats, or violent content

Creating deepfakes or impersonation content

Generating spam, phishing, or scam content

Creating false news or dangerous misinformation

Bypassing AI safety filters through jailbreak attempts

Using AI to facilitate illegal activities

Generating explicit sexual content

Attempting to bypass AI safety measures is a serious violation. Accounts found doing this repeatedly will be permanently banned.

5.4 AI Conversation Data

AI conversations are stored to provide you with conversation history

Conversations may be reviewed for safety and content policy compliance

Your personal data is NOT used to train third-party AI models

You can delete your AI conversation history at any time

Channel AI brain content is stored to customize channel responses

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of original content you create and share on our Services. By posting content, you grant Quibit, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

This license ends when you delete your content (with exceptions for shared/legal retention)

You represent that you have the right to share any content you post

You are responsible for your content and its compliance with this policy

Quibit, Inc. may remove content that violates this policy without notice

6.2 Intellectual Property and Copyright

Do not post content you don't own or have permission to use

Do not share pirated movies, music, software, or other copyrighted material

Give credit when sharing others' work

Do not use copyrighted Myanmar songs, films, or content without permission

Submit DMCA notices to [email protected] for copyright infringement

7. Business and Commercial Content

Commercial content on our platforms must meet higher standards of accuracy and transparency:

7.1 Business Content Standards

Business profiles must represent real, legitimate businesses

All claims about products, services, or qualifications must be verifiable

Pricing must be clear, complete, and not misleading

Testimonials and reviews must be genuine

Sponsored content must be clearly labeled

Influencer partnerships must include disclosure

7.2 Advertising Content

All advertising content must comply with our Advertising Policy. Key requirements:

Ads must be truthful and not misleading

Ads must not promote prohibited products or services

Ads must not target minors inappropriately

No ads inside AI conversations (QuiTalk)

Political advertising restrictions apply

8. Content Moderation

We use a combination of technology and human review to enforce this Content Policy:

Automated systems scan content for prohibited material (CSAM hashes, spam, malware)

AI-powered classifiers detect potentially harmful content

User reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team

AI safety filters prevent generation of prohibited content (QuiTalk)

Human moderators make final decisions on complex cases

Child safety reports are reviewed within 1 hour, 24/7

9. Reporting Content Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it:

In-app: Tap ⋯ on any content > Report > Choose reason

AI responses: Tap the flag icon on any AI response (QuiTalk)

Phone abuse: Email [email protected] with details (QuiTalk)

Copyright: Email [email protected] with DMCA notice

Emergency: Email [email protected] marked URGENT (monitored 24/7)

9.2 What Happens After You Report

Child safety reports: reviewed within 1 hour

Safety/violence reports: reviewed within 4 hours

Other reports: reviewed within 24 hours

You may receive notification of outcome for serious reports

Your identity is protected — reported users won't know who reported them

False reports may result in action against your account

10. Content Removal Appeals

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake:

Email [email protected] within 30 days of removal

Include: your username, the content that was removed, and why you believe it complied with policy

Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours

If the removal is reversed, your content will be restored

CSAM and illegal content removals cannot be appealed

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy as our platform evolves, new features launch, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of any Quibit, Inc. service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Content Policy.
