1. 1. Overview & Scope

These AI Terms of Service ('AI Terms') govern your use of all artificial intelligence features provided through the QuiTalk application and integrated across the Quibit platform. By using any AI feature, you accept these terms in full. These AI Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Quibit Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT: AI is NOT a human. AI is NOT a doctor, lawyer, therapist, financial advisor, or any type of licensed professional. AI-generated responses are for informational and entertainment purposes ONLY. Never rely on AI for decisions that could affect your health, safety, finances, legal standing, or wellbeing. If you are in crisis or danger, contact emergency services immediately.

1.1 1.1 AI Features Covered

These terms apply to all AI-powered features across the platform, including but not limited to:

Qui AI Chat — personal AI chat assistant for conversations, questions, and creative tasks

AI Channels — community channels enhanced with AI-powered Channel Brain (FAQ, tone, knowledge)

AI Business Agent — automated customer service agent within business channels

AI Profile Matching & Recommendations — personalized suggestions for users, channels, content, and services

AI Content Moderation — automated detection and filtering of harmful content

AI Safety Systems — crisis detection, self-harm prevention, and content safety filters

AI-Assisted Features — message translation, voice transcription, content summarization

1.2 1.2 Relationship to Other Policies

These AI Terms work together with our other policies. In case of conflict regarding AI-specific matters, these AI Terms prevail:

Terms of Service — general platform rules and user agreements

Privacy Policy — how AI conversation data is collected, stored, and processed

Data Security Policy — encryption and security measures for AI data

Content Policy — rules for AI-generated content

Child Safety Policy — special protections for minors using AI features

Crisis Response Policy — emergency protocols triggered by AI safety systems

2. 2. Nature of AI & Critical Limitations

Our AI features use advanced language models provided by third-party AI providers and proprietary technology. Understanding what AI can and cannot do is essential for your safety.

AI CAN make mistakes. AI CAN provide incorrect, misleading, outdated, or fabricated information. AI CAN generate responses that sound confident but are completely wrong. NEVER assume AI responses are accurate without independent verification.

2.1 2.1 What AI Is

You must understand and accept the following about our AI features:

AI is a statistical language model — it generates responses based on patterns, NOT understanding or reasoning

AI does NOT have consciousness, emotions, feelings, opinions, or personal experiences

AI does NOT have access to real-time information (news, weather, stock prices, etc.) unless specifically provided

AI does NOT verify the accuracy of its own responses

AI may generate different responses to the same question asked at different times

AI responses do NOT represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of Quibit, Inc.

AI is a tool — it is NOT a replacement for human judgment, professional expertise, or personal relationships

2.2 2.2 What AI Cannot Do

AI features are explicitly NOT designed or qualified to provide any of the following:

Medical & Health
  • AI CANNOT diagnose medical conditions, diseases, or illnesses
  • AI CANNOT prescribe medications, treatments, or therapies
  • AI CANNOT interpret medical test results, scans, or lab work
  • AI CANNOT provide mental health diagnoses (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.)
  • AI CANNOT assess whether you need emergency medical care
  • AI CANNOT replace a doctor, nurse, therapist, psychiatrist, or any healthcare provider
Mental Health & Crisis
  • AI CANNOT provide therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment
  • AI CANNOT assess suicide risk or mental health crisis severity
  • AI CANNOT replace crisis counselors, suicide hotlines, or mental health professionals
  • AI CANNOT guarantee safe outcomes for users in emotional distress
  • AI CANNOT monitor your ongoing mental health or detect deterioration over time
Legal & Immigration
  • AI CANNOT provide legal advice or represent you in legal matters
  • AI CANNOT advise on immigration applications, visas, or asylum claims
  • AI CANNOT interpret laws, regulations, or court rulings for your specific situation
  • AI CANNOT replace a lawyer, attorney, paralegal, or immigration consultant
Financial & Investment
  • AI CANNOT provide personalized financial advice or investment recommendations
  • AI CANNOT predict stock prices, market trends, or investment returns
  • AI CANNOT advise on taxes, retirement planning, or debt management for your situation
  • AI CANNOT replace a financial advisor, accountant, or certified financial planner
Emergency Situations
  • AI CANNOT call emergency services on your behalf
  • AI CANNOT physically intervene in dangerous situations
  • AI CANNOT guarantee timely responses during emergencies
  • AI CANNOT replace calling 911 (US), 119 (Korea), 999 (Myanmar), or your local emergency number

3. 3. Suicide, Self-Harm & Mental Health Crisis

We take the safety of our users extremely seriously. This section outlines our approach to detecting and responding to users who may be at risk of suicide or self-harm.

3.1 3.1 AI Crisis Detection

Our AI systems include safety measures designed to detect potential crisis situations:

AI monitors conversations for keywords and patterns that may indicate suicidal ideation, self-harm intent, or severe emotional distress

When crisis indicators are detected, AI immediately shifts its response to provide safety resources and encourage professional help

AI will NEVER encourage, validate, or provide instructions for self-harm or suicide under any circumstances

AI will NEVER dismiss or minimize expressions of suicidal thoughts or self-harm

Crisis detection is automated and may occasionally produce false positives — we err on the side of caution

3.2 3.2 AI Response to Crisis

When AI detects potential crisis signals, it will:

Immediately provide crisis hotline numbers and emergency resources relevant to the user's region

Express care and concern while clearly stating it is an AI and not a trained counselor

Encourage the user to reach out to a trusted person, mental health professional, or crisis service

Avoid providing specific advice on coping mechanisms that could be misinterpreted

Not continue the previous conversation topic until the user is directed to appropriate resources

Flag the interaction for internal safety review (anonymized)

3.3 3.3 What AI Cannot Do in a Crisis

You must understand these critical limitations:

AI CANNOT replace a crisis counselor, therapist, or suicide prevention specialist

AI CANNOT assess the severity or immediacy of a crisis situation

AI CANNOT guarantee that its response will prevent harm

AI CANNOT contact emergency services, family members, or friends on your behalf

AI CANNOT provide ongoing mental health monitoring or follow-up

AI response times are NOT guaranteed — do NOT rely on AI during emergencies

If you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please stop using AI and contact a crisis service immediately. AI is not equipped to help you through a crisis. Real people are available 24/7 to help.

3.4 3.4 Our Commitment

Quibit, Inc. is committed to user safety and will:

Continuously improve AI crisis detection capabilities

Maintain up-to-date crisis resources for all regions where our apps operate

Train AI systems to handle sensitive topics with appropriate care and caution

Never use AI conversation data from crisis situations for marketing or commercial purposes

Cooperate with emergency services and law enforcement when there is an imminent threat to life

Review and update crisis response protocols regularly with input from mental health professionals

4. 4. Medical & Health Disclaimer

AI features are NOT medical devices, health services, or healthcare providers. This section outlines the specific limitations and risks related to health-related AI interactions.

NEVER use AI to make medical decisions. AI responses about health topics are general information ONLY and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or dangerous if acted upon without professional guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4.1 4.1 Health Information Risks

Using AI for health-related queries carries significant risks:

AI may provide health information that is outdated, incorrect, or not applicable to your specific situation

AI may fail to recognize symptoms of serious medical conditions

AI may suggest remedies or actions that could be harmful or interact with existing medications

AI cannot perform physical examinations, order tests, or make clinical assessments

Relying on AI health information instead of seeking professional care could result in delayed diagnosis, worsened conditions, or death

AI health information does not account for your medical history, allergies, current medications, or pre-existing conditions

4.2 4.2 Prohibited Health Uses

You must NOT use AI features for the following health-related purposes:

Self-diagnosing medical conditions based on AI responses

Deciding whether to take, stop, or change medication based on AI information

Delaying seeking emergency medical care based on AI assessment

Using AI to interpret medical test results, imaging, or lab work

Treating AI responses as a substitute for professional medical consultations

Using AI to make decisions about someone else's medical care

4.3 4.3 Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIBIT, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HEALTH CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI FEATURES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLNESS, INJURY, DELAYED TREATMENT, WORSENED CONDITIONS, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED HEALTH INFORMATION.

5. 5. Sexual Content & Adult Material

AI features include strict safety filters to prevent generation of sexual, explicit, or adult content. This section details our policies and your obligations.

5.1 5.1 AI Will Not Generate

Our AI systems are configured to refuse and filter the following content:

Sexually explicit text, descriptions, or narratives

Pornographic content or sexual fantasies

Sexual content involving minors in ANY form (zero tolerance — see Child Safety Policy)

Sexualized descriptions of real people without consent

Instructions for sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse

Content designed to groom, manipulate, or exploit vulnerable individuals

Romantic or sexual roleplay that violates our content guidelines

5.2 5.2 User Obligations

When using AI features, you agree to the following:

You will NOT attempt to bypass sexual content filters through creative prompting, coded language, or jailbreak techniques

You will NOT use AI to generate sexual content about real people (celebrities, public figures, or private individuals)

You will NOT use AI to create content that sexualizes minors in any way

You will NOT use AI-generated content to harass, stalk, or intimidate others

You will NOT share AI conversations that have been manipulated to appear sexual in nature

You will report any instance where AI generates inappropriate sexual content to [email protected]

5.3 5.3 Kha Dating App Specific Rules

While Kha is an 18+ dating platform, AI features within Kha still maintain content safety:

AI will not generate explicit sexual content even in dating conversations

AI may assist with dating profile suggestions and conversation starters within appropriate boundaries

AI will not facilitate sexual solicitation, escort services, or transactional sexual encounters

Profile matching AI focuses on compatibility — not sexual preferences or explicit criteria

All Kha AI interactions are subject to the same safety filters as other apps

5.4 5.4 Enforcement

Violations of sexual content policies result in immediate enforcement:

First attempt to generate sexual content: Warning and conversation cleared

Repeated attempts: AI access suspended for 24-72 hours

Persistent violations: Permanent AI access revocation

Content involving minors: Immediate permanent ban, account termination, and report to NCMEC/law enforcement

Use of AI for exploitation or trafficking: Immediate ban, law enforcement referral

6. 6. Harmful Content & Dangerous Activities

AI features include safety measures to prevent generation of content that could cause real-world harm. You must not attempt to use AI for any harmful purpose.

6.1 6.1 Absolutely Prohibited Uses

The following uses of AI features are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Violence & Harm
  • Requesting instructions for weapons, explosives, poisons, or harmful substances
  • Planning or threatening violence against any person or group
  • Generating content that glorifies or encourages violence
  • Creating threats, intimidation, or blackmail content
Illegal Activities
  • Requesting instructions for illegal drug manufacturing or distribution
  • Planning fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft
  • Generating content to facilitate human trafficking or exploitation
  • Creating malware, hacking tools, or cyberattack instructions
  • Planning or facilitating any criminal activity
Hate & Discrimination
  • Generating hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Creating content designed to radicalize or recruit for extremist groups
  • Generating propaganda or disinformation intended to cause harm
  • Dehumanizing language or content targeting any group
Deception & Manipulation
  • Creating deepfakes or impersonation content
  • Generating fake news or deliberately misleading information
  • Creating false evidence, fabricated documents, or fraudulent materials
  • Using AI to manipulate, gaslight, or psychologically abuse others
  • Impersonating AI as a real person in conversations

6.2 6.2 AI Safety Filters

Our AI systems employ multiple layers of safety filtering:

Pre-processing filters scan user messages for harmful intent before sending to AI

AI models are configured with safety instructions to refuse harmful requests

Post-processing filters review AI responses for harmful content before delivery

Jailbreak detection identifies attempts to bypass safety measures

Pattern analysis flags users who repeatedly test safety boundaries

Human review is triggered for flagged conversations

6.3 6.3 No Guarantee of Perfect Safety

While we invest heavily in AI safety, no content moderation system is perfect:

AI may occasionally generate responses that slip through safety filters

New types of harmful prompts may temporarily bypass detection

AI responses in less-common languages may have weaker safety coverage

Context-dependent harmful content may not always be caught

Users should report any harmful AI output immediately to [email protected]

7. 7. AI Profile & Recommendation System

Qui AI processes your profile information to provide personalized recommendations, profile matching, and contextual suggestions across the platform.

7.1 7.1 What Data AI Uses

The following profile data is automatically processed by our AI recommendation system:

Profile information: name, bio, interests, location (if shared), language preferences

Activity patterns: channels you follow, content you engage with, apps you use most

Interaction history: types of AI conversations, topics discussed, feature usage patterns

Social connections: mutual friends, shared channels, community participation

Preferences: content preferences, notification settings, privacy selections

Your profile data used for AI recommendations is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data is NOT sold to third parties and is NOT used to train external AI models.

7.2 7.2 How AI Uses Your Profile

AI processes your profile data to provide:

Personalized channel and user suggestions based on your interests and activity

Contextual AI responses that account for your preferences and interaction history

Smart matching with businesses, services, and content relevant to your profile

Improved AI conversation quality by understanding your communication style

Safety enhancements by identifying patterns that may indicate account compromise

7.3 7.3 Profile Matching (Kha Dating)

For Kha dating app users, AI-powered matching uses additional signals:

AI matching considers your stated preferences, interests, and compatibility factors

Matching algorithms do NOT use discriminatory criteria (race, disability, religion) as primary filters

AI cannot guarantee compatibility — matches are suggestions based on available data

Match quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of your profile information

You can adjust matching preferences at any time in Settings

7.4 7.4 Your Controls

You have the following controls over AI profile recommendations:

Manage recommendation preferences in Settings > Privacy > AI Recommendations

Clear your AI interaction history to reset personalization

Opt out of specific recommendation categories

Request your AI profile data through our data export feature

Note: Disabling AI recommendations may significantly reduce the quality of personalized features

8. 8. AI Business Agent & Channel Commerce

Business channels on QuiTalk integrate with Qui AI to provide an intelligent business agent experience. This section governs AI-facilitated interactions between customers and businesses.

8.1 8.1 How the AI Business Agent Works

When businesses share products, services, jobs, or offers in their QuiTalk channel:

Qui AI automatically indexes and understands all business offerings shared in the channel

Users can ask Qui AI to summarize available products, compare items, check availability, or get detailed information

Qui AI responds based on the business's published information — acting as a virtual shop assistant

Users can initiate inquiries, requests, or express interest through the AI agent conversation

The AI agent facilitates the interaction until the business owner reviews and confirms the request

No transaction is final until the business owner explicitly confirms it

8.2 8.2 AI Agent Limitations

You must understand these limitations of the AI Business Agent:

AI agent responses are based on business-provided information and may not reflect real-time inventory, availability, or pricing

AI agent CANNOT process payments, create binding contracts, or complete financial transactions independently

AI agent CANNOT guarantee product quality, delivery timelines, or service fulfillment

AI agent may misinterpret business information or provide incomplete summaries

AI agent responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial)

Business response times after AI facilitation are determined by the business — not by Quibit, Inc.

ℹ

The AI Business Agent is a communication assistant — not a seller, merchant, or financial intermediary. Quibit, Inc. is not a party to any transaction between customers and businesses.

8.3 8.3 Business Owner Responsibilities

Business owners using AI channel features must:

Keep product/service information accurate, current, and truthful in their channel

Review and respond to AI-facilitated customer requests in a timely manner

Not use AI agent features to deceive customers about pricing, quality, or availability

Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations

Handle customer disputes directly — Quibit, Inc. provides the platform, not dispute resolution

Ensure AI brain content does not violate our Content Policy or Community Guidelines

8.4 8.4 Customer Protection

As a customer interacting with AI Business Agents, you should:

Always verify product details, pricing, and terms directly with the business before committing

Wait for explicit business owner confirmation before considering any arrangement final

Report businesses that provide misleading information through their AI agent

Understand that Quibit, Inc. is NOT responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of business offerings

Keep records of important conversations and confirmations with businesses

9. 9. AI Data Usage & Privacy

This section explains how your data is handled when you use AI features. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.

9.1 9.1 Data Collection

When you use AI features, the following data is collected and processed:

Your messages and prompts sent to AI

AI-generated responses

Conversation metadata (timestamps, session IDs, feature used)

Device information and app version

Language and region settings

Error logs and performance data

9.2 9.2 How Data Is Used

Generating AI responses to your messages

Providing conversation history and context across sessions

Improving AI safety filters and content moderation

Analyzing anonymized usage patterns to improve AI quality

Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and policy violations

Complying with legal requirements and law enforcement requests

9.3 9.3 Data NOT Used For

Your AI conversation data is explicitly NOT used for:

Training third-party AI models — your data stays with us

Targeted advertising based on AI conversation content

Selling or sharing with data brokers or marketing companies

Creating personality profiles for commercial exploitation

Sharing with other users (unless you explicitly choose to share)

We use enterprise-grade paid API tiers with all our AI providers. Under these agreements, your conversation data is NOT used by providers to train or improve their AI models.

9.4 9.4 Data Retention & Deletion

AI conversation history is retained while your account is active

You can delete individual conversations or your entire AI history at any time in Settings

Deleted conversations are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained for service improvement

Account deletion removes all AI data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Legal hold requirements may extend retention for specific data in limited cases

9.5 9.5 Third-Party AI Providers

We use third-party AI service providers to power our AI features. All providers:

Are bound by strict data processing agreements (DPAs)

Do NOT retain your data beyond active request processing

Do NOT use your data for training their AI models

Are SOC 2 Type II and/or ISO 27001 certified

Encrypt all data in transit with TLS 1.3

Are regularly audited for compliance with our security and privacy standards

We do not disclose the specific AI providers we use. Provider selection may change at any time to improve service quality, and such changes do not affect the privacy protections described here.

10. 10. Children & Minor Safety

Protecting minors is our highest priority. This section outlines AI-specific protections for users under 18.

Users under 13 are NOT permitted to use our services. Users aged 13-17 may use AI features with parental/guardian consent and are subject to additional safety protections. See our Child Safety Policy for full details.

10.1 10.1 Enhanced AI Safety for Minors

For users identified as minors (under 18), AI features include additional protections:

Stricter content filters that block age-inappropriate material

AI will not engage in discussions about dating, relationships, or romantic topics with identified minors

AI will not provide information about alcohol, drugs, gambling, or other age-restricted topics

Enhanced crisis detection sensitivity for younger users

AI will not collect or process personal information from minors beyond what is necessary for the service

Parental controls allow guardians to monitor and restrict AI feature access

10.2 10.2 Zero Tolerance

The following AI-related actions result in immediate, permanent account termination and law enforcement referral:

Any attempt to use AI to generate CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

Using AI to groom, manipulate, or exploit minors

Attempting to bypass minor safety protections

Using AI to contact or communicate inappropriately with minors

Creating AI-generated content that sexualizes or endangers minors

11. 11. Financial & Legal Advice Disclaimer

AI features must NOT be used as a substitute for professional financial or legal advice.

11.1 11.1 Financial Disclaimer

AI responses about financial topics carry significant risks:

AI CANNOT provide personalized investment advice based on your financial situation

AI CANNOT predict market performance, stock prices, or investment returns

AI information about taxes, regulations, or financial products may be outdated or inaccurate

Decisions made based on AI financial information are entirely at your own risk

Quibit, Inc. is NOT a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment company

Always consult a qualified financial professional for important financial decisions

Never make significant financial decisions (investments, loans, tax filings, retirement planning) based solely on AI-generated information. AI may provide incorrect or outdated financial data.

11.2 11.2 Legal Disclaimer

AI responses about legal topics are for general information only:

AI CANNOT provide legal advice tailored to your specific situation or jurisdiction

AI CANNOT interpret laws, regulations, or court decisions for your case

AI information about legal rights, obligations, or procedures may be inaccurate or outdated

AI responses do NOT create an attorney-client relationship

Immigration advice from AI should NEVER be relied upon for visa, asylum, or residency decisions

Always consult a qualified attorney or legal professional for legal matters

12. 12. User Responsibilities

By using AI features, you accept responsibility for your use of AI and agree to the following obligations.

12.1 12.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI features:

In compliance with these AI Terms, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws

For lawful purposes only

Without attempting to circumvent safety filters, content policies, or usage limits

Without impersonating others or misrepresenting AI responses as professional advice

Without using AI to harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users

Without using AI output to create spam, mass content, or automated messaging

In a manner consistent with our Community Guidelines

12.2 12.2 Your Responsibility for Decisions

You acknowledge and agree that:

YOU are responsible for all decisions you make based on AI-generated information

YOU must independently verify any important information provided by AI

YOU must seek professional advice for medical, legal, financial, and other critical matters

YOU are responsible for any content you create, share, or publish based on AI output

YOU must comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction

Quibit, Inc. bears NO responsibility for consequences of decisions made based on AI responses

12.3 12.3 Reporting Obligations

You should report the following to [email protected]:

AI responses that contain harmful, dangerous, or inappropriate content

AI safety filter failures that allowed prohibited content

AI responses that appear to encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal activity

AI interactions that make you feel unsafe or distressed

Businesses using AI agent features to deceive or mislead customers

Any content involving the exploitation of minors

13. 13. Liability & Indemnification

This section outlines the limitations of Quibit, Inc.'s liability for AI features and your indemnification obligations.

13.1 13.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUIBIT, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AI SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or fabricated AI-generated information

Medical, health, or safety consequences from reliance on AI responses

Financial losses from decisions based on AI-generated financial information

Legal consequences from reliance on AI-generated legal information

Emotional distress or psychological harm from AI interactions

Business losses from AI Business Agent interactions or recommendations

Failed AI crisis detection or delayed safety responses

Unauthorized access to AI conversation data despite reasonable security measures

Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of AI features

Changes to AI behavior, capabilities, or features

13.2 13.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quibit, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these AI Terms or any other Quibit policies

Your use of AI features for prohibited purposes

Content you create, share, or publish based on AI output

Decisions you make based on AI-generated information

DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI FEATURES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE AI FEATURES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. 14. Enforcement & Account Actions

Violations of these AI Terms may result in the following enforcement actions, applied at the sole discretion of Quibit, Inc.:

Using AI to harass, stalk, or threaten othersAccount suspension or permanent ban
Commercial abuse of AI featuresAI access revoked + possible account termination

14.1 14.1 Appeal Process

If you believe an enforcement action was applied incorrectly:

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of the action

Include your account details and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect

Appeals are reviewed within 5-10 business days

Decisions on CSAM, exploitation, or violence-related violations are non-appealable

Quibit, Inc.'s decision on appeals is final

15. 15. Changes & Updates

Quibit, Inc. reserves the right to modify these AI Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications and/or email.

Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect

Minor updates (typos, formatting, clarifications) may be made without notice

The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision

Continued use of AI features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

AI model capabilities may be upgraded, changed, or replaced at any time

Feature availability may vary by region, subscription tier, or platform version

Quibit, Inc. is not obligated to maintain any specific AI feature indefinitely
